Exhibition Zone Plan for the 115th China Food and Drinks Fair Unveiled

"Two-Way Sweet Deals, Global Food & Drinks Fair Connections," the 115th China Food and Drinks Fair (CFDF) will be grandly held at the Nanjing International Expo Center from October 15 to 17, 2026. Last October, the 113th Autumn CFDF in Nanjing achieved a 96.5% satisfaction rating from exhibitors and buyers, setting new records in exhibition scale, transaction volume, and industry reputation. It left a lasting mark on Nanjing and established a new industry benchmark—where quality meets tangible results, and reputation is matched by proven excellence.

Drawing on the experience of previous editions, this year’s fair has been comprehensively upgraded to align with the high-quality development requirements of the food and alcoholic beverage industry and evolving consumer market trends. The exhibition layout has undergone all‑round optimization and systematic enhancement—featuring clearer sector segmentation, more complete industry chain support, more scientific visitor flow design, and a superior experience for both exhibitors and visitors—all geared toward delivering an industry flagship event of higher standards, broader category coverage, deeper synergy, and greater practical impact, ensuring every exhibitor and trade visitor gains “channels for orders, exposure for brands, value for participation, and confidence for growth”.

The fair achieves a comprehensive leap forward across four dimensions: exhibition zone specialization, trade matching precision, service refinement, and brand communication impact. Guided by the planning principles of "clustering by category, adjacent supporting facilities, and efficient deal-making," the layout significantly reduces cross-hall commuting costs, enabling more focused brand presentations, more precise product selection for buyers, and more efficient business negotiations. End-to-end supporting services have been comprehensively upgraded and refined, with transportation links, on-site guidance, business travel support, and smart exhibition systems enhanced across the board to provide peace of mind for all participants. Drawing on a resource base of millions of professional buyers, the fair laxyers full-media, all-channel matrix promotion with targeted buyer invitations, one-on-one matchmaking, and other dedicated initiatives to continuously amplify trade value, effectively meeting exhibitors' core needs for customer acquisition, order placement, brand building, and channel expansion.

Nine Core Exhibition Zones: Full-Category Coverage, Precision Business Matchmaking

Covering 200,000 square meters, this edition features nine core exhibition zones spanning the full spectrum of mainstream categories and emerging segments across the food and beverage industry.

The China Famous Liquor Zone (Halls 4, 5, and 5A): The zone showcases leading Chinese Baijiu brands, benchmark enterprises from core production regions, and premium specialty spirits—reflecting the deep-rooted heritage of Baijiu culture and the industry's formidable strength. A long-standing flagship of the CFDF, this zone has been restructured along the industry value chain for optimal flow. Hall 4 features a dedicated Light-Aroma Baijiu section, while Halls 5 and 5A gather top-tier brands, placing suppliers, brand owners, and channel partners side by side for seamless, efficient deal-making. Building on the vibrant business buzz of the previous edition, this year's more scientifically planned layout promises to push matchmaking efficiency even higher.

The International Wine & Spirits Zone (2nd Floor, Hall 3): The previous CFDF brought together exhibitors from acclaimed overseas regions including Italy, Chile, and Georgia, alongside premium domestic regions such as Ningxia. Dedicated event spaces within the zone hosted private-channel sourcing conferences, opening valuable cross-purchasing opportunities for exhibitors. Building on the previous edition's layout, this edition expands booth space along high-activity visitor flows and provides practical policy support for the targeted participation of production regions and importers.

The Beverage & Dairy Zone (Hall 2 and Hall 2–3 Connector) sits in a prime location on the eastern side of the exhibition center. This edition focuses its efforts on the health and nutrition trend track. Previous editions drew numerous industry leaders, where innovative trending categories—from new-style tea drinks and plant-based beverages to functional drinks—sparked a procurement boom. The one-stop, efficient sourcing experience earned outstanding feedback from trade visitors. This edition continues to cultivate Tea Drinks Zone while introducing a new Med-Food Homology Zone, tapping into emerging health consumption trends. With a fuller category lineup and an optimized layout, it is the premier destination for beverage sourcing, deal-making, and trend scouting.

The Snack Food Zone (Halls 7, 8, and 10, plus Outdoor Pavilion G2) presents a comprehensive, interconnected showcase of snack foods covering everyday favorites, viral sensations, regional specialties, and festive gift sets, precisely matching omni-channel procurement needs across supermarkets, e-commerce, live streaming, and community group buying. Hall 7 features the Health Food & Tech Services Zone. Hall 8 presents the Bakery Zone and the Food Raw Materials & Ingredients Zone. Outdoor Pavilion G2 hosts a dedicated Instant Foods Zone. Together with Hall 10's Private Label & Regional Industry Zones and New Retail & New Channels Zones, they form an optimal visitor flow. Meanwhile, seamlessly connected with Hall 9 Food Machinery, the zone achieves upstream-downstream industry coordination to meet diverse market demands.

The International & Innovative Food Zone (Hall 6) occupies a prime position along the exhibition center's central axis, showcasing cutting-edge global innovations, light and healthy food trends, and premium international flavors. This edition introduces a dedicated Innovative Food Zone, riding the wave of new consumer trends to offer emerging brands a targeted platform for breaking into new tracks.

The Condiments & Ingredients Zone (Hall 1) sits at the southeast corner, adjacent to Gate 1 of the North Entrance. It covers the full range of basic condiments, compound seasonings, and food ingredients, forming a cornerstone of the food service supply chain.

The Green Agriculture Zone (Hall 2A Connector and Outdoor Pavilion G3: This edition introduces the "County Specialty Products" special area, fostering sweet “farm-to-table” production-to-sales matchmaking to advance rural revitalization and county-level economic growth.

The Food Machinery Zone (Hall 9): An industry-enabling powerhouse, Hall 9's Intelligent Manufacturing Zone covers the entire smart food equipment value chain. It gathers core industrial solutions for intelligent production and smart filling & processing, empowering enterprises to achieve flexible manufacturing and digital transformation and serving as a key driver of technology transfer and industrial upgrading. The Outdoor Packaging Supply Chain Zone (Outdoor Pavilion G1), located in the south plaza, seamlessly connects with the Snack Food Zone to complete the full packaging support chain—spanning brand packaging design, raw and auxiliary materials, and custom printing. This creates true synergy where packaging as exhibits, exhibits as packaging, closing the full industry loop from factory sourcing and production through packaging to terminal distribution. It helps enterprises reduce costs and boost efficiency while driving technological upgrading and industrial upgrading.

Scientific Layout: Three Upgrades for an Elevated Exhibitor & Visitor Experience

Building on the success of the previous edition, this autumn's fair delivers three major upgrades:

Coupled with convenient direct access via Nanjing Metro Lines 2 and 10 at Yuantong Station enables rapid and efficient visitor distribution.

Third, Dual-Channel Empowerment: Pre-show, during-show, post-show full-cycle service.
